EU PROJECT RITHMS ORGANIZES “BEYOND RESTORATION” EVENT IN BRUSSELS ON DECEMBER 4, 2024

The event “Beyond Restoration” will be dedicated to the role played by conservator-restorers in the fight against the illicit trafficking of cultural goods.

Featuring panel discussions and a workshop, this event will analyze the complex challenges endured by conservators and restorers, as well as the risks and the balance needed between preserving the cultural heritage and avoiding that these efforts might involuntarily contribute to its illegal trade.

This event is in-person only and set in Brussels, Belgium, on December 4, 2024.
